Exchange Account
I am not using Exchange for email but in each client Outlook, there is an Exchange account listed in Outlook along with the pop3 account. The accounts keep conflicting and I want to remove or disable the Exchange account without loosing the data info for the Pop3 accounts. Please help.

Where is the exchange account ?
Do you have more than one account setup in the outlook express identity, with one pointing to exchange? That would cause this behavior. Try setting up a new identity with only the external pop account, or removing the exchange account from the identity you are using, then give it a shot. You want a clean account
